1. Website Purpose

The Kinoshara website provides public information about the brand, Pinterest app review materials, policy pages, and contact details. Product sales may be completed on a third-party marketplace or another checkout platform linked by Kinoshara.

2. Orders and Product Information

• Product descriptions, prices, shipping times, and availability are shown on the sales platform where the order is placed.
• Kinoshara aims to keep listings accurate, but minor differences in color, packaging, or presentation may occur.
• If a listing platform has additional mandatory buyer protections, those protections continue to apply.

3. Returns and Cancellations

• Customers should contact Kinoshara as soon as possible after an order issue or change request.
• Return or cancellation eligibility depends on the product condition, the time since delivery, and the specific listing terms shown at checkout.
• Items that are personalized, used, damaged by the customer, or marked final sale may be ineligible for return unless required by law.
• If a return is approved, the customer may be asked to use a trackable shipping method and provide proof of shipment.

4. Pinterest Integration

Separately from customer orders, Kinoshara may provide a Pinterest integration that lets an authorized user connect a Pinterest account, review selected board destinations, and publish original product Pins based on approved Kinoshara listings. That integration is governed by the Pinterest permissions granted by the user and by the privacy practices described in the Privacy Policy.
